| HQ Solar Co., Ltd. is located in No. 2, Yingbin Avenue, National Economic Development Zone, Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province, China. Our co***ny is near to Shenyang-Haikou Super Highway on the east and Yancheng-Jingjiang Super Highway (S29) on the west. We have very convenient transportation. Our co***ny has established a PV module production line, with an annual production capacity of 360 MW. We have produced 70MW solar panels at the first stage in April, 2011 and we are planning to produce 200MW solar panels at the second stage at the end of 2012. Our total investment is CNY 120 million and our registered capital is CNY 20000000. Meanwhile, we have installed all infrastructures including water and electricity equipment since May, 2011.
